U.S. Government and Local Leaders Visit Micron Virginia Site

On May 24, 2021, Micron hosted a group of federal and local officials who have championed legislation to incentivize investment in semiconductor manufacturing and research in the United States. U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo along with U.S. Sen. John Cornyn, U.S. Sen. Mark Warner and Mayor Michelle Davis-Younger toured the company’s manufacturing site in Manassas, Va., and participated in a joint-press briefing with Micron President and CEO Sanjay Mehrotra.
