We are proud to unveil the latest evolution of Micron’s brand logo, a powerful symbol of where we've been as a company, where we are right now, and where we're headed in the future. This evolution is not just about a new logo or different brand colors — it reflects our company's heritage of relentlessly pursuing innovation and excellence. 

For over 46 years, Micron has been at the forefront of technology, driving advancements that transform how the world uses information. Our new logo embodies this leadership spirit, showcasing our commitment to consistently staying ahead of the curve. 

Our journey began in the basement of a dental office in Boise, Idaho, where we shipped our first 64K DRAM product in 1981. Since then, we have achieved numerous industry firsts, from the volume production of ninth-generation NAND technology to our market-leading HBM3E memory. Our technology has been foundational to accelerating technology that drives progress for humanity. As we enter the age of AI, memory and storage innovation has never been more important. It's an exciting time to be in the semiconductor industry, and a proud time to be working at Micron. 

Our logo's silicon color is more than just a new shade — it's an homage to the wafers that form the foundation of our technology leadership. It expresses the essence of Micron, reflecting our core values and tireless pursuit of technological advancement while reminding us of the intricate processes and cutting-edge technology that drive our success. 

The curved shapes of our logo's letters are not arbitrary, but a deliberate design choice that reflects our tenacity to always be ahead of the curve. These curves are inspired by the precise contours of our wafers, symbolizing our ability to lead the industry with precision and foresight, and serve as visual metaphors for our continuous improvement and excellence.   

Micron is ahead of the curve in every aspect — from our product advancements and world-class manufacturing to our environmental commitment and people-first culture. Additionally, the logo's smooth, fluid lines convey a sense of motion and progress, capturing the dynamic nature of our industry. They represent our ability to adapt, evolve and stay ahead of the ever-changing technological landscape.  

Our gradients' vibrant colors are inspired by the reflections of light on our wafers, symbolizing the inclusivity, vibrancy and boldness that define Micron. These colors reflect our global presence and our commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion. They represent the diverse perspectives and ideas that drive our innovation and fuel our success. These gradient colors form the foundation of our brand toolkit, and for the past year have informed the "look and feel" of all our collateral.  

In essence, the new Micron logo is a powerful symbol of our journey and our vision, a testament to who we are and what we stand for. It symbolizes our unwavering commitment to excellence and our promise to lead the industry with foresight.
