How Do I Get Access to the Secure Documents?
Secure access requires Micron's prior approval, is granted on a case-by-case basis, and is subject to acceptance of confidentiality agreement terms. Download of NANDcode software is also subject to acceptance of software license agreement terms.
To request access:
- Create a My Micron user profile by completing the steps outlined in the How Do I Create a Micron Profile? FAQ. If you already have a micron.com account, skip to Step 2.
- Open the Mobile Engineering Services Request Form. You'll be asked to log in with your micron.com account username and password to open the form.
- Complete the fields. Be as specific as possible about your designs—different levels of access are available and will be granted based on your technical requirements.
- Click Submit. Your request will be forwarded to a Micron engineering contact for review. If your request is approved, you'll receive an email with information about your level of access and instructions to view and download the files.
- After you receive notification that you have been granted access, log into your My Micron site.
